Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange-only policy.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.

A delivery charge of βΉ200 per item will be applicable and must be paid through online payment methods only.
(Cash on Delivery is not accepted for exchange fees.) -
Only size exchanges are allowed.

You may exchange your item with any available product from our store, subject to stock availability.
Hygiene Clause

Exchanges will not be accepted if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled.
Non-Exchangeable Collections

Certain collections or offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for exchange.

Important Guidelines

A 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory at the time of unboxing to process complaints related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.

No exchange or complaint will be accepted without this video.

Once your returned item is delivered back to us and passes our quality check, your replacement item will be shipped.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to ship the product back to us.

The return address will be the same as mentioned on your label/invoice.

If a scheduled pickup is missed or cancelled, the customer is responsible for sending the item back via courier.
Refund Policy

Approved refunds are initiated within 3β4 business days after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.

Return Conditions
